I decided at the start of the year I would do something new every month. '2017 The Year of Adventure'

This bootcamp will certainly test me I will be doing 11 activities over a 2 day period, this will include boxing, running, military circuits, log runs, kettle bells, hill trek and suspension exercises... for those that know me well one session of Crossfit per day is tough never mind all of this in just 2 days!

However what will keep me going is the fact that I am raising money for such a great cause. Many of us have had loved one's who have needed vital care. The money I raise will help nurses continue to care for loved ones suffering from cancer or terminal illness.
