They will then send an email, text and a paper confirmation to each person along with sponsor forms. On the day of the jump the balance of the skydive will be required – Skydive Swansea would like this to be made as a cash payment. Please don’t give any cash donations to Skydive Swansea. The day should run from 8am - 5pm, but please allow till late. If you have any further questions please contact us email@example.com As per Skydive Swansea's Website the following rules and restrictions apply Skydive Swansea has weight limits of 15 stone for men and 13 stone for women for the Tandem Skydive from 12,000 feet. This weight includes clothes & trainers. For your own comfort they recommend wearing leggings or tracksuit bottoms, a t-shirt and sweat top to wear underneath the jump suit. For footwear, lace up trainers are strongly recommended, boots and jeans are not There are no rules against wearing contact lenses or glasses - they offer a range of goggles which can be used during your jump. Some of these are designed to fit over glasses (providing the glasses are not too big), and all goggles will protect the eyes and keep the contacts from being moved If aged 16 or 17 a parent or guardian is required to fill out BPA Membership Agreement (also known as the under 18 parental consent form). There is no upper age limit for the tandem skydives, however if you are over the age of 60 then we will require you to attend the centre for a pre-assessment before accepting a booking There are TWO DIFFERENT TANDEM MEDICAL forms. EVERYONE doing a tandem skydive has to fill out ONE of these medical forms. Some people may need a doctor to sign & stamp one of the medical forms to able to jump.
