Test your limits and be inspired by the team from Forces Fitness!  Show Alfie what you can do when he joins you on Sunday!

What do you need to know?

How much is it?

It costs just £40 to reserve your spot on this challenge.  We ask that you raise £250 in sponsorship to help us reach our fundraising target while you're reaching your fitness goals!  Every £20 you raise helps us deliver 1 hour of nursing care - keep that in mind when you're feeling the burn!

What's the plan?

Join us on Saturday 13th May at 9am for a welcome brief and nutrition talk, then we'll put you through your paces with boxing, kettle bells and circuits before breaking for lunch.  After lunch its a trek and a core session before its time to stretch and cool down ready for dinner.  Yoga sessions will be available in the evening to help you prepare mentally for Sunday.

We'll start Sunday with Alfie and a morning run to work up an appetite for breakfast.  Then its more boxing, circuits and suspension training before lunch.  After lunch its running and log exercises, finished with awards and a debrief before you head home. 

Am I fit enough?

This event will be tough but we know you are tougher! But seriously, if you have any doubts, check with your GP first!

What's included?

All training, food and accommodation is included in your registration fee.  Accommodation for this event is in Bunkhouse style accommodation in rooms that sleep 2, 4, 6 or 8 people with showers and toilets.
